Hotel Orso Grigio has been the residence of local rich merchants and notaries for several years. Their presence is still alive in the Hotel’s rooms, and its decorations. Although our building is located in a touristic area, it is an ideal place or those who are in staying in Cavalese for a business purposes.

L’hotel è confortevole, accogliente e arredato con gusto. La pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni è molto curata. La cucina, varia e creativa, è stata ogni sera di ottimo livello, per noi una gradita sorpresa! Il personale ha soddisfatto le nostre piccole richieste in modo efficiente e rapido ed è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. Albergo in posizione centralissima a Cavalese. Ampio dehors per fare aperitivo o per cena. Menù degustazione della cena che utilizza le materie prime locali e varia tutte le sere. Staff super cordiale e pulizia della stanza e degli ambienti al top. Torneremo presto all’Orso Grigio!!

Ci siamo imbattuti per caso passeggiando per il centro di cavalese mi colpisce una poltrona gigantesca all esterno mi soffermo e controllo il menù, dico a mia moglie , mi mangerei tutti i piatti , quindi opto per la sera e prenoto. Ambiente elegante raffinato e nello stesso modo semplice, ottimo L approccio con il personale , molto disponibile . Servizio veloce e professionale , ottimi i piatti , di qualità , presentati in maniera ottima, ottima la selezione dei vini , anche al calice. La parola d’ordine….. “ ottimo” … per gli amanti della cucina , lo consiglio … tanto che il giorno dopo ho replicato , la prossima volta voglio fermarmi anche in hotel , le camere top!!

Servizio molto curato, il Maître di sala é stato davvero gentile e disponibile, nonché molto preparato e cordiale. Ci ha coccolati con le sue attenzioni!
Il menù del giorno è completo e variegato, ricco di proposte del territorio. I piatti sono deliziosi, con porzioni adatte al tipo di ristorante. La colazione è molto varia dal dolce al salato veramente sorprendente complimenti!
L’atmosfera che si respira è di tranquillità, cortesia e relax. E così è stato!
Nel complesso una piacevolissima vacanza ,ci siamo proprio goduti Cavalese e le montagne…
