WINE TREKKING GOURMET

A gourmet lunch in several stages along a 5 km circular trail, with uphill and downhill sections, surrounded by the warm autumn colours of Val di Cembra.

At each stop, you will savour a gourmet dish prepared by the skilled hands of local chefs. The first stop will feature an appetiser, the second a first course, and so on through to dessert. Each dish will be paired with a wine from Val di Cembra, introduced and narrated by a sommelier. Wine and grapes will be the theme of this special food and wine experience in October.

Along the route, as you explore the very best of the gastronomy of Fiemme and Cembra, you will discover enchanting natural landscapes and taste the wines, sparkling wines and grappa of Val di Cembra. You will also be able to quench your thirst with the award-winning Cedea water, a unique water that springs from the heart of the Dolomites.
