It is the result of a careful selection of the grapes in vine and of a very rigorous management of the drying, that lasts about 120 days, at the end of which the vinification happens. Amarone Classico is a wine that is much connected to the traditional method of production, using big wooden tanks in which the wine can evolve during the 3 years of improvement without losing the aromatic feature.
